Randomness of Three

I have no concept of living in time; my yesterdays are glued to my tomorrows.

Let's think about money: Everyone in America, man, woman and child, spends their money how they wish. And because we all earn our way, now or later, all this money should come back to us in some roundabout way. But the truer understanding states that for every dollar we spend, probably half of it go to a few people, over and over again, whom sit around large tables at Thanksgiving, cheering each other on to expensive wine and caviar from who knows where and thank the lord for all we've given them. Us, we, the people, the slaves. Something like that.

The National Football League (NFL) is a prime example of how there is equilibrium in teams over a course of years if the league is, more or less, hands off. After all these years, the national evolution has led to a point where it seems, aside from the Cincinnati Bengals, anyone can compete with anyone. It's truly a beautiful thing, turning on the tele and knowing that, hey, your team could win today. It doesn't matter that they're winless or undefeated, everyone has to be aware of surprises. What a great year of football we have.
