How I Learned My Firegun Vocabulary

I am extremely bitter that I never got to become a professional Counter-Strike player.

No, seriously.

I mean, we all have our tidbit dreams of being an astronaut and a pro football player, so why not a professional gamer? Video games are cool, man. Like, you know? Yeah.

Actually, what dawned on me is that there are 16 year old kids nowadays who're being interviewed by gaming magazines because they're part of DoP (Domain of Pain) and like, they're #2 in the world and shit. And like, dude, they're gonna make mad dough at the next CPL tournament. And I'm gonna be home, doing accounting homework and crying about my large ass tuition payment. Or something.

I guess what drives me up the wall is that I used to play with these kids. I stress the kid's aspect of it because I'm 21 and this kid specifically is 16. And I sometimes played with him two years ago when he was 14. And I was 19. And, well, I don't know. Some sort of innocence lost. Albeit, it's one motherfucking violent game we're talking about.

A picture outside of the pizza joint next to Mickey D's on St. Mark's. Only started going there lately since I've moved across the street in August. Shit is good.

In New York, you need divine intervention to meet nice girls. Almost happened today. Almost.
